It is very easy, just click on the button: I want to register, select the type of participant and follow the steps requested. You must access the online registration page and select individual or group registration depending on your needs. Your registration will depend on the type of participant that adapts to your profile and the services selected. After this selection, you will be able to select your method of payment.
After finishing all the registration steps and paying online, you will receive an Email with your ID number and QR code, which you will use to pick up your badge or badges at the event. If your selected payment through deposit or electronic Transfer, you will also receive an Email indicating the instructions to make payment.
If you received an Email with your purchase summary, this means you have not made your payment and that you selected Bank Deposit or Transfer as payment method. Read the instructions carefully to know how to make your payment.
You will receive an Email with your ID and QR code which you will use to pick up your event badge, that is, you are already registered.
You must access the online registration page and pre-register for the event and then you will be able to look up all of the information, which will also be sent to you by Email.
You must scan your payment receipt or take a picture of it and upload it to the registration system. To access the page where you registered, select the button: I AM ALREADY REGISTERED, it will ask for your ID and registration Email. Once you have begun your session, you will be able to attach your file.
When you upload your payment receipt, the system sends a message to the organizing committee in charge of registration who will verify your payment. Once payment is validated in the bank accounts, they will approve your payment and you will receive an Email confirming your registration with your ID and QR code.
There are 2 reasons:
You are already registered and enrolled, you only have to present your QR code when you arrive at the event to receive your congress badge for access
It is not necessary. You can present your QR code on your phone, provide your ID or give your name.
The QR code is an image (a black and white square with irregular shapes) which will come as an attachment in your registration confirmation email. You can present this code when you arrive at the Congress to pick up your badge and materials.
You can register them individually clicking on the button: I WANT TO REGISTER, or if there are more people you can register them clicking the button: I WANT TO REGISTER A GROUP and following the instructions on the screen.
On occasion, credit card payments are rejected by the electronic payment application due to security levels. We recommend you contact us via our help chat on the web page or try to make payment by deposit or transfer.
When you register, you are given the option to add accompanyng person, or you can reenter the system with your Email and ID and go to the ACCOMPANYNG PERSON section.

During your online registration, you can select the option to Request Invoice and then enter your tax information. The invoice will be sent to your Email after you have received confirmation of payment (approximately 5-7 working days).
The ID is sent by Email after online pre-registration / registration. The subject of the Email is Account confirmation.
The ID corresponds to the attendee number for the Congress, which is assigned after having registered.
